How to make my program install as a service.

Hey everyone!
I have run into a small issue. I have written three programs which deal with databases and file tracking. I have each of these programs executing at set times of the day. I am currently using windows scheduler to do this on a server. The issue I have run into is that the programs will not run unless a users logs into the systems console. Which is a big issue.
now I’d like to make a program that would need to be installed as a service, and make it check the time every 60 sec so the program doesn’t "idle". I need to know how to make my program install as a service. There should be a way to do it without installing and or buying a program.
