Crystal Report Count formula

I have a sql table the table fields are Country, Number1, Number2, Number3

And I have a crystal Report, column like this

Country            Number1      Number2      Number3      Grade1      Grade2
Bangladhes      1      0      0      A
Nepali            0      1      0            B
India            0      1      0      A      
Pakistan            0      0      1      A
Nepal            1      0      1            B

                  

Now I want automatically fix the grade in my report column as like above if Nepal is available that is B and all other Country is A, let me know how can I

can you re-phrase your question a little, I'm not sure I follow exactly what you are trying to achieve?

What dictates the Grade?

grades are the formula fields their is two formula column , if A country is nepal that should formula result come to B and all other Country should come to A

I'm still not sure I follow but your formula could be something like this if you are trying to populate a formula field on your crystal report where the country = Nepal

if {country} = 'Nepal' then
    'B'
else
    'A'
