I am not able to open up that link..<br />

What you could do is extract the file to a folder on your working system..examine the readme.txt files for instructions.<br />

Also, &nbsp;I went to Acer's website, but no model 6100.. they have Travelmate 6000.

There was a password enable switch on mb. I couldnt count I kept closing sw 6 instead of 5.<br />

Have acer 6100. Cant get into bios setup. Ctl_alt_esc are keys --worked once received hieroglyphic. Have bios zip file from driversguide how do i install. After splash screen system proceeds to tell me system changes (OK there are) then on entering f1 proceed to tell me cant find ntldr, so it seems as if trying to boot from hdd allright. Anyway main concern is what do i do with this zip of a .bin file.<br />
