Can not find library for IPersistStream

I have some sample VB6 code that uses IPersistStream and IStream interfaces, however I can not find the library that defines these interfaces and hence can not set a reference to enable me to test the sample code in a project.

Does anyone know the tlb or dll I need to reference?

    Can be found at:

Seems like you only need it for when you are in the VB environment, it's not needed for runtime.
