Archived email folder

One of my users archived his email off today.  He did it by year, so he had 2 pst files created.  When he opened them up in Outlook a third Archived folder appeared that just contained.

Deleted Items
Sent Items

The original two only had Deleted Items and Inbox.

Where did the third archive folder come from?

    Greetings, NESupply !

In figuring out how to archive the emails, your user probably created the third archive file.  You can drag the content of this third PST file to one of the other two archive files and then delete it.

    Best wishes!
