How To Configure IP Sec Between Two Servers

Can someone please provide instructions on how to enable IP SEC between two servers in the same segment. I need all IP and TCP traffic to be on IPSEC. Thanks.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Forgot to mention that I enabled IPSEC by going in local security policy and enabling the "Request Security" option. I did that on both servers and I was able to ping between the two, but all other communications failed. I wasn't able to connect between the two computers by UNC or http. Both run IIS.
Under local security settings, Create a new IPSEC policy.

Set up a rule with a filter list of the other server.
