Outlook experts -- automatically put inbox mail into specified folders

Can I make outlook automatically put e-mail into a specified folder.

a) For example, all e-mail from xyz, put into folder abc.

b) All e-mail with following words in suject line, put into folder def...

    Very easy to set up.  Go to "Tool", "Rules & Alerts".  There you can make all the rules you want.

    I sort mail by who sent it, by which account it comes through.  There are many options.  Have fun.
