MS FlexGrid control and resize columns

I would like to have a flex grid with 3 columns. The first column is small and is used for row selection (and only 1 row can be selected at a time). The other 2 columns are equal size.

           .columnWidth(0) = 100
           .columnWidth(1) = 1000
           .columnWidth(2) = 1000
    end with

    adjust as necessary
