Trouble with loop settings in sound properties panel

I cannot get the sound clips to loop properly using either the event or stream loop features in the sound panel.  
For example, go to: .  You'll notice the sound loops, but it skips around a bit.  In the sound properties panel, I have selected: effect (none), sync (event), and (loop).

On another page I have selected in the sound properties panel: effect (none), sync (event), and (loop).  It doesn't loop, and the music isn't quite right.

As a work around, I have put the sound clips one after another on thes timeline, but there are gaps.  For example:

    Don't select "loop".

    there is a delay in the end of sound file itself, I have updated the soundfile and sending an update to you.
    download it here.

    dont convert it as mp3, try importing it as .wav only, flash will compress it automatically.
