I've been asked to implement a domain wide setting on each users workstation/profile so that every staff member has the same screen saver and wall paper. What is the best way to do this domain wide? Thanks!

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Set a GPO at the Domain level.

Set these element:

User Config>Admin Templates>Control Panel>Display ::

Prevent Changing Wallpaper
Screen Saver
Screen Saver executable name
Password Protect the Screensaver
Screen Saver Timout

User Config>Admin Templates>Desktop>Active Desktop ::

Active Desktop Wallpaper
Allow only bitmapped wallpaper (optional)

This should do the job.
