Does anyone make a LVDS to PCI-E or LVDS to AGP Video card?

I'm looking for a video card that would allow me to interface via PCI-E (preffered) or AGP to a LVDS display.

I've seen the Kontron ADD-LVDS card, but they claim it only works on their specific products.

Found one PCI-E card, but again, not sure it would work on all boards.

Anyone have any good ideas to add LVDS to a mobo that doesn't include it?
