you can also if possible copy the Mapi32.dll files from the exchangesrv folder in program files to the windows\system32 folder then reboot and see if that works, I had a similar problem with this one before.<br />
<br />
Otherwise if this does not work then techsoeasy's way is the only way forward. Sometimes outlook/new applications puts mapi32 files in windows and this screws up exchange but the original files for exchange should be in the exchange folder.<br />
