How can I prevent Outlook Web Access users from being able to send emails with a blank subject line?

I have it working now in Outlook, but I am not sure how to do the same for OWA

    Greetings, andrefortier7.

In Outlook you can control it with code, which I assume is what you're doing.  For OWA you'd need to be able to add Javascript to the message form to check the subject and disallow the send button click if it's empty.  I don't think that's possible.
