How to change timestamp on windows file via command prompt

Is it possible to change the timestamp on a windows file using command prompt? And if so what is the command to do this????

Hi heydorft,

http://www.12ghosts.com/ghosts/filedate.htm supports command line changing of timestamps

http://www.snapfiles.com/get/timestamptoucher.html is not command line but will change all the timestamps on files you wish to modfy.
