Process memory size

with the api ReadProcessMemory i can read the memory of the process,
but how can i see at what adress it starts and ends?

    Each process can use virtual memory up to 4GB. This memory space contains separate regions (pages)? which are marked as MEM_PRIVATE and MEM_COMMIT if process use these regions.See my sample on searching specific string value and replace it in another process at
