running my j2me program on a real phone

hi there
i have a problem i cant solve, i have made a application using the Wireless Tool Kit, i know in order to transfer this program to the phone i need to goto package>> create package or create obfuscated package, the jar file is made and is placve in the >>bin folder

however upon clicking on the jad file and tryng to start the app i get a "null pointer exception", however when i run the program under the norma WTK enviroment it is working fine, any suggestions?

    The first place to start is open the jad file in notepad or other variant and see if there's anything wrong there.
    Is there any more detail in the stack trace, like what line it came from? What's at that line of code?

    nah it wasnt the jad file, it was the images j2ME is case sensitive when it comes to images
