RADIUS - IAS integrate with windows 2003 AD/LDAP?

Is it possible to create a RADIUS server that thru IAS integrate with windows 2003 AD/LDAP in order to authenticate user for VPN Access? If it is possible, how to approach this request?

    That's what IAS is, is a RADIUS server.
