Outlook 2002

Cannot attach anything to an outgoing email with out the program going into a "not responding" state.  Have used detect and repair, to no avail.  Any ideas?

    1. Internet Explorer April Update may have caused this problem. Here is fix.

    2. Outlook Attachment may be blocked. You may need to add the attachment extension to the Level1Remove registry key:
