Dear Sir/Madam,

Now what I done is Re-install the Windows 2003 as the following way:

Installed Windows 2003
Installed Network Service like DNS etc
Installed Service Pack 1
Installed all Updates of Windows 2003
Enabled firewall expect for file sharing and
I shared the necessary folder in server

and NO ANTI VIRUS software is installed in the windows 2003 server

Now what are the precuations I have to take the problem that don't happen again?

Yes.... all the workstations are update with 4400 scan engine
Rant32Commented:
Well... I'm afraid re-installing the server without knowing what the problem was may resolve the issue but we'll probably never know what the cause was.

No domain?? How many workstations are there?
liji77Author Commented:
yes...i have installed active directory service.  The server is as domain.  But all workstation will access  the server through share folder and there are 100 workstations.  The workstations are not joined to the domain.
Please let me know ur commend
Thanks
