How to set link without "http://"

I am using a java bean calendar from this website

http://www.servletsuite.com/servlets/htmlcal.htm

The problem is that when I use the setAction method to set up link for each day it only accepts links with http://

Currently I am using it like this

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
HtmlCal.setAction(1,"http://localhost:8080/pub?action=show_eventsDaily","_blank");
HtmlCal.setAction(2,"http://localhost:8080/pub?action=show_eventsDaily","_blank");
 .
 .
 .
HtmlCal.setAction(30,"http://localhost:8080/pub?action=show_eventsDaily","_blank");

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

but I need it like this so that I don't have to change links when i move stuff from one server to another. But if I don't
write http:// it goes no where. Please if anyone can help me in this

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
HtmlCal.setAction(1,"/pub?action=show_eventsDaily","_blank");
HtmlCal.setAction(2,"/pub?action=show_eventsDaily","_blank");
 .
 .
 .
HtmlCal.setAction(30,"/pub?action=show_eventsDaily","_blank");

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
