how to remove the screen 'configure your server' at windows 2003 server

Hi ,
i need to remove the configure your server screen when any of the users log in the server 2003.

I log in as admin and click the 'dont show this screen again'. is it going to work for the rest of the users thought ?

You can turn it off completely with a group policy: Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\System, "Do not display Manage Your Server page at logon"
