Hi All.

Doe any one know of a one - two step application that can take an avi file and resize the picture size without having to convert it to another format. What is teh quickest way to do this.

There is NO 2-step process....you can use this..

Windows Media Encoder..

takes your orginal AVI file...you enter your configuration options to size down.. then start the process.
it's more like a 7 step.. 1 minute solution.
