Client can't be updated via WSUS server

Hi
I have a WSUS server in my domain which could be updated from Microsoft (it downloads and stores update files).
It detects client computers and the number of updates needed for them ,but the clients can't download file and send fail error in update report : (error: Download failed____0x80244019)
The more I searched for the result the least I found it. Please let me know the answer if anyone knows.

Best  regards

Hi Wahideslami,

are you configuring WSUS via Group policy?

are all dns settings fine on your clients - nslookup resolves the server correctly etc - no firewalls enabled on the clients

Cheers!
