Terminal Server CALs. Calling all MS Action Pack subscribers!

I manage two Microsoft Action Pack Subscriptions for two different companies I run. I have been a subcriber to MAPS for over two years and now want to activate the 10 Terminal Services CALs that are included in the listed items in the pack. I cannot find any licenses keys in the packs I have received and despite endless googling, cannot find any documentation from MS relating to activating the CALs using the MAPS license details.

Has anybody out there done this and can provide me some pointers. I have made several calls and emails into MS' european support for MAPS but they haven't a clue!

Got some internal users with expired temp license, so hoping for a quick respone! thanks in advance...

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I know that mine are on one of those separate EULA pages which came in a sealed white flat envelope along with the original MAPS Welcome Kit.  For some reason, I seem to remember that some people had to actually request them, but that may have been something else entirely.

They definitely are included as they are still listed on the subscription agreement:

Assuming you contacted them at maps@msdirectservices.com, then I would just keep on it to find out how to replace the CALs, if possible.
