Hardware Upgrade
This might seem like a silly question but here we go
I currently have a PC running fine, but want to upgrade the motherboard and CPU and the Graphics card.
Obviously the graphics card is not a problem
If I install a new board and CPU and re connect everything to the new board, will it work or will I need to re build the C Drive with a fresh installation?

Although you can just attach the hardrive and have Windows re-detect the new components in the system. If this is the choice.. it "may" work as it depends on your chipset and other factors, like OS (which you haven't specified)
Ultimately, a fresh install will prevent you from having inherent problems from the previous installed OS and other anomalies.
