KingSencat, if you are looking for the chat to run on your webpage, you need to write yourself a web-server.  The web-server could then allow
with VB a chat be made.  VB can not be compiled to PHP nor ASP, nor run on any standard web server.  If you want a web-chat, I would suggest
learning one of the popular web-languages. If however you would be okay with a standalone EXE chat, then I am sure Angel's sources will do you fine.

What you can do is if you want to have a client chat, you can use your webserver as the "chat server" and write a client in VB.

I've done something like this before, what you could do is setup a mysql database. that contains currently connected users and a chatlog or something if you wish. Then each client polls the server for the last text sent or they can send a command to the server that they wish to send text. This is a good work around if you dont want anyone to function as the "chat server"
