RTC/CMOS time in UTC? How can I check w/o going in BIOS?

How can I tell if my computer or RTC clock is in UTC WITHOUT going into the BIOS again in Win2000?

Is there a program that I can check with? Or the command prompt??

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Try from a command prompt:
w32tm -tz

I do not believe the BIOS has any time zone. See this:

The BIOS typically does not record the timezone information that slajoh01 was looking for (As noted by dcp001).  My post shows how to tell the timezone information that he was requesting, from within Windows 2000 (as requested).  I suggest a point split.
