"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I doubt you will find Visual Basic source to the BitTorrent itself.  The nearest I believe you are going to find to a Visual Basic implementation is a non-native library such as FTKernelAPI (http://www.codeproject.com/useritems/FTKernelAPI.asp).

He offered me nothing, the DLL is in C++, it has no documentation and I couldn't do anything with it at all. You can just give away my points for no answers!!!
