Not sure if this problem is cause by the user's Internet connection or Citrix client config.
Users are being disconnected if they change from Citrix to a local program installed on their computer, but it doesn't happen all the time. Some days it will not happen at all and other days it will happen everytime. I'm unable to recreate the problem from my computer.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing the problem?
