Download or export Callmanager configuration?

I need to download or export our Callmanager configuration into a file to update our network documentation and disaster recovery plan.  Is this possible?

I should have added...I need the config from our Unity box as well.

Your best bet for the CCM server is to make certain that you have copies SQL dtabase backed up to disk / tape. This is going to provide your quickest recovery time in the event of a CCM disaster. I do know that you can run an export alot of the CCM information via the CCMAdmin pages, look for translation pattern report. This should give you a good report of the system configuration but understand that this would all have to be recovered manually if you don't have the database especially all the phone and endpoint devices which can be very cumbersome.

As for Unity there are DR Backup and DR Recovery programs which are included with the Cisco Unity Tools depot. Make sure you download and install the latest supported versions of these software packages for your version of Unity. NOTE : You need to have both Backup and Restore packages updated to the same revision in order for them to work with each other and recognize the file formats.

That should give you enough to recover. As a side note you can always add another CCM server to your cluster and put off site for DR. Also, Unity supports clustering which could provide some DR coverage as well.
