Changing Proxy Setting via Batch File

We currently are using 2 Proxy Servers at my work place.  (Long Story)  Some users need both.  Instead of them using changing the setting in internet explorer I would like them to simple double click a small batch file to switch from one to another.  I am have trouble writing it.  Any help would be appreciated.

Check that:

http://support.microsoft.com/?id=819961

Create a file with the settings and let the users double-click it. Yo umay have problems with permissions...

Also, if you have a domain, you can do it from AD policies... and no special user rights are required.

Good luck,
