How to Reset System Management Homepage Password

Anyone know how to reset the HP System Management Homepage password?  It was set by a prior administrator and I can't get in without it. The local admin password isn't working.  My only choices are "Administrator, Operator, or User - all logins are being rejected.

There's no option to use domain\administrator.  The only options are administrator, operator or user - the username can't be customized.  I also tried the suggestions in Star Trek's thread and none of them worked.

Option? That's what you should enter as the user name.

What version of PSP/SMH is currently installed?
I can't enter in a user name.  The usernames have to be selected from a drop down menu and the only choices are "administrator, operator, or user".

It's SM vs 1 on a Windows 2000 Server.

I'm upgrading to the latest PSP now - in hopes that this will fix it.
The current version of SMH is 2.1.5.146 so a lot has changed since then. It has a username input field now... I don't exactly know the version when they changed that, but HP SMH changed from their proprietary ACL user database to local logon.

(Proliant ML350 on Windows 2000, but should work for any ML/DL series.)

But upgrading Support Pack can be a big change and is not recommended by default.

Sorry, don't know of any other way to log on to SMH.
I only upgraded the SMH through the support pack not the other components.  I'll have to tweak it to monitor the agents that I"m most interested in - but it's working for the time being.
Great, thanks. No more lost passwords ;-)
