Cisco 7200 - IOS upgrade options

I have a Cisco 7204VXR that I'd like to upgrade the IOS on.  I tried using software advisor, but it kept returning that the image name was invalid.  

It looks like the correct option is 12.2(34) - c7200-ik9o3s-mz.12.2-34.  Does everyone concurr?

Yes. That looks to be the newest GD release.

Just curious. Why are you upgrading?

Like I mentioned, I've had a couple of unexplained reboots and can't find any reason, so I figure I should be on the most current release in case it is just a bug issue.
