Cisco 7204VXR error

I have a 7204VXR that has rebooted a couple times for an unknown reason.  The only error I've noticed is when I "show version".  In the middle, it reads:

System returned to ROM by bus error at PC 0x60477858, address 0x29762703

Can anyone tell me what this really means?

The white paper probably covers this but if you run the "show region" command it will show you all the active memory regions your router is utilizing. If address 0x29762703 is not in the list (you'll need to know hex or use a hex-decimal converter) then you are having a software problem. Your IOS is trying to use non-existant memory. If address 0x29762703 is in the list then it is a hardware problem. Your IOS is trying to use bad memory.
Note the link to the output interpreter in the above link. You can use it to paste in the output of "show version" including the error and it may help you figure out if it's hardware or software.
What IOS image are you using?
