Locking windows and other keys

I am wondering if there is a better way to do this. I want an application when it runs to inhibit the use of ctl+esc, alt+tab, windows+any, and any other key presses that cause the user to lose focus to the application. I did this many years ago on a Windows 95 by telling the OS that the application was a screensaver using SystemParametersInfo() SPI_SETSCREENSAVERRUNNING. How can I do this for a C# app running on XP?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

you will have to implement a windows hook for this.
