I have an Application form, it like an Employee online application form where customers go online and they enter information into the form. However all I am storing is the Id for the form, there userId and the Body of the application and I have a table set up for this. I was just wondering in the code behind once they click on the Submit Application button, how do I generate an email containing all the information they entered just into the Application Form and send this information to an employee in the HR department?
Has anyone got any ideas.
Thanks in advance for all the help.

Do you know of anything that would work with DotNetNuke. For example something like a SendNotification control that sends an email? thanks again for all the help.

Any ideas on this matter?

I created a new StringBuilder and I want to use the AppendFormat to collect all the inputted data to my web form and send it as a string.
On my web form I have a collection of labels and textboxes and check boxes. How do I use the AppendFormat(), I have looked it up in Microsoft but I still unsure.
For example: Here is a sample of my web form

....
<TR>
<TD>Function Name:
<asp:TextBox id="txtFuncName" runat="server" Width="187px" MaxLength="60"></asp:TextBox></TD>
</TR>
<TR>
<TD>Contact Name:</TD>
<TD>
<asp:TextBox id="txtName" runat="server" Width="127px" MaxLength="50"></asp:TextBox></TD>
<TR>
<TD>City:
<asp:TextBox id="txtCity" runat="server" Width="100px" MaxLength="30"></asp:TextBox></TD>
<TD>State:
<asp:TextBox id="txtState" runat="server" Width="25px" MaxLength="18"></asp:TextBox></TD>
<TD>Zip:
<asp:TextBox id="txtZip" runat="server" Width="50px" MaxLength="11"></asp:TextBox></TD>
</TR>
.....continued....

now what i was to know is how i create this using appendformat()?

And if I have two field in the one row how do i output the together?

Also how do I set the body of the format to html?

Thanks in advance for all the help.
