YAHOOSEEKER BLOCKING???

Hi i need help trying to stop yahoo from atacking my site like 6 times a second.
here is an example log entry:
68.142.230.196 - - [24/Apr/2006:22:07:22 -0400] "GET /postreply.php?formid=23253&replyid=383214 HTTP/1.0" 200 10220 "-" "YahooSeeker/1.2 (compatible; Mozilla 4.0; MSIE 5.5; yahooseeker at yahoo-inc dot com ; http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/shop/merchant/)"

its lagging so bad

They are coming in from 100 different ips addresses so .htaccess wont work it also would mess up some other stuff for me.
yes, I know they don't listen to robot.txt thought they do read it.

Any ideas on a script?  Let me know never had to deal with this before thanks-alex

Sir - please do the reading - your filename for robot exclusion is wrong. It is robots.txt, not robot.xls as you say.
