My user has Outlook 2003 problems.<br />

Whenever he goes to Tools/Options/Mail Format and clicks on either Signatures or tries to change the mail format (to HTML from Rich Text) Outlook crashes out and restarts. Every time!<br />

I've tried:<br />

Removing and reinstalling Outlook and Office<br />
Deleting all the profiles and recreating <br />

Deleting signature files<br />

My user has Outlook 2003 problems.

Whenever he goes to Tools/Options/Mail Format and clicks on either Signatures or tries to change the mail format (to HTML from Rich Text) Outlook crashes out and restarts. Every time!

I've tried:

Removing and reinstalling Outlook and Office
Deleting all the profiles and recreating 
Deleting OST
Deleting signature files

I'm STUMPED!

Please help!!
