reconfigure Watchguard vpn clients after public ip address change

We have a watchguard firebox 700 which already had a vpn setup so remote users could connect from home. They are using the watchguard vpn client. We recently changed isp, so our public ip address changed. Everything works fine (email,owa) except for the vpn clients cannot connect. I changed the place in the client where the ip address is listed, but still no luck. Is there something else that needs to be done to get the vpn clients to connect?
I have little experience configuring Watchguard firewalls, so if I need to give more info, let me know.

do you mean you changed the ip in MUVPN client on a remote users machine??, as I would of thought thats all you need to do.

Yes. After the change, it will say they are connected, but they are not able to access anything on the network.
Should I have a hosts file on their pc?
sometimes you need a host file to use services by name, but I assume you had those on there before.

can you map network drives by \\serverip\sharename

or access OWA by http://serverip/exchange  when the MUVPN is connected (gold key)
