I have no options for configuration on my DC.  The controller interface is Mylex Global Array Manager v 5.0.  What am I missing in the config that keeps me from accessing any of the features to configure my Logical drives??  Any thoughts?

Do you have the correct GAM administrator usename ('admin' ? I think) and password. There are R/W and Read Only users.

Yes, the password is the "admin" user and password.  When I log onto it, I can't get any configuration options at all.

Sorry - faulty memory. You need to be logged in as gamroot - so, if you haven't already done so, create a local user with admin privileges called gamroot and you should be right.
