Sharing Outlook

I would like some recommendations for sharing Outlook info amoung a small office without having to use Exchange Server. My client is using Office 2000. But they are running a Windows 2k3 server as mainly a file server. I have been googling & have found several shareware or full products that do this but need some recommendations.

Thanks for your help!!

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I haven't giving up on this question. I am waiting for the client to evaluate one of these apps. So I'd like to post which one they chose & what they liked & dislike about it.

I'm waiting for the go-ahead on an upgrading their PC's to WinXP Pro as well as doing this email client access install & setup. It's a decent paying job, I only hope they pay regularly & on-time.

Thanks!!
