External IP Addresses

I am currently running our network on a partial LAN. We were provided with x amount of external IP addresses. One of those is already set up for the router that is directly connected to the internet. My question is if i want to set up external vpn, ftp, and web how do I correlate the different external IPs to internal IPs. The current set up is internet connecting straight into a netgear firewall router which distributes to two servers and two switches. The servers are directly connected to the router and the switches(one from each com port). Also I am running Windows Server 2003 on both.
