IIS server performance measurement an monitoring

Dear experts

We have a server that runs our .Net web services, we have around 10 .aspx files. We use IIS system Logs to read the text based logs , I am looking for the following please :

1- We want to count every single byte uplink/downlink that uses these .aspx files because it is being access by mobile and we want to cound for the airtime.

2- We want to monitor the server performance, make sure that no failures dueto load or something

3- to analyse these log files and get some key performance measurements

thanks for the advice

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You might want to look at the Microsoft Web Sites and Services Management Pack.  This management pack can be used to monitor specific URL's and measure performance.  Alerts can be specified for URL's to meet SLA.I'm not sure about what kind of reporting it supports but, since it collects performance data for the web sites it monitors, you should be able to use MOM reporting to generate a report based on the performance data.  You can find the management pack here:

1. Service Performance Advisor.

2. Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM) 2005.
MOM 2005 can respond to the issues quickly and accurately, and demonstrate accountability to stakeholders, allowing them to more reliably deliver IT services to support the business at all times. For detailed information, please check the link below:
3. nother good tool is
