Windows Server 2003 Enterprise - Exchange Server 2003
3 users want to be able to send email out AS the INFO user but we don't want the email saying "Sent on behalf of.."
Did this a while back but i cannot remember now how i did it... any chance of reminding me please!
We have an INFO mail box coming into the company and 3 people currently receive the email.
also I have set the permissions to Full Access, I can send the email to another person and they recieve the email from the user "INFO" but the other users get the error message "You do not have permissions to send the message on behalf of the specified user".
We dont want the message to come up with "Sent on behalf of etc.." , we want the message to come from INFO.
I checked the permissions and the 2 other people have the same rights in AD - Mailbox Rights - Full mailbox access ticked
put them in "send on behalf of" but that comes up with "send on behalf of" in the receiving mailbox.
