MS Access 2003 - Locked out of report design or print.

I am using an access 2003 database and when I open it up and select a report and double click on the report to open it in preview mode, it will not run. When I try to go into design nothing happens. I can't get to design

When I rebot and reopen the database the same thing happens.

Sometimes I get a message when stating to open a report "the report action was cancelled."  All other reports have the same problem.
They are basiclly disabled and none of the reports work on any access database.

If I take the database to another PC and open it up everything works fine.

I would appreciate any help you can give me with this situation.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Check your printer drivers - re-install if necessary, switch to another printer as your default as a quick test.
