lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/servlet/ServletInputStream on uploading file

Hi,
I am using the commons-fileupload-1.1.jar for file upload this is working fine in the tomcat server.

but when i am doing the eame thing in the oracle application server i am getting the error
lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/servlet/ServletInputStream

I also added the servelt-api.jar in the classpath for compilation.

I have the commons-fileupload-1.1.jar and the servlet.jar file in the jserv.properties file in the folowing  path:/sev/115102/inst/visora/iAS/Apache/Jserv/etc

Please suggset me if any body knows the solution for same.

Thanks & Regards,
smruti

keep the servlet-api.jar in the WEB-INF/lib (used in tomcat for application classpath). Don't know how oracle app server handle webapps.
