change time to web not busy

hello,
I have this button called login and it goes my email and logs me in
I dont want to set time what I want instead is when the browser
is not busy, how can I do that?
 
    Call WebBrowser1.Navigate("http://hotmail.com")
   
    For i = 1 To 50
        Sleep (100)
        DoEvents
    Next
   
    With WebBrowser1.Document
         Set txtLogin = .GetElementsByName("email")(0)
         Set txtPasswd = .GetElementsByName("pass")(0)
         
         txtLogin.Value = "email@ema.com"
         txtPasswd.Value = "pass"
         
         .Forms(0).submit
    End With
   
    For i = 1 To 50
        Sleep (100)
        DoEvents
    Next
