Outlook 2k3: Format Style issues with HTML stationary

When using HTML emails with the 'Clear Day' stationary, a user of mine is having issues in a new message.  The Format->Style defaults to "Paragraph" instead of "Normal" thereby causing it to use double-spaces within the email messages when hitting ENTER.

I tried duplicating it on my machine but could not get the same issue to occur.  She does NOT have "Use Word 2003 as your email editor" checked.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Have you checked to see if her copy of "Clear Day" has been modified?

How would I go about checking that?
David LeeCommented:
Compare your copy of Clear Day to hers.  You can find them in teh folder C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Stationery
