Outlook 2k3 Crashes When Changing folders

I just upgraded from exchange 5.5 to 2k3 I have two users that whenever they try to change from there Inbox to any subfolders they have created they get an pop up Saying microsoft has generated an error and needs to close.  Both Users are on windows xp fully updated and 0ffice 2k3 fully updated.  What i have done so far with no success of this working is
ran a Detect and repair
Uninstall and reinstall office and fully patch office
removed all Addins including Antivirus
did a command line outlook /cleanviews  
from there machine Connected to one of my test servers set them up on the test server and launched outlook still get the same thing happening so im afraid this is something to do with my accounts and its slowly spreading through out the company.  The first started yesterday with one user came in this morning and a second user is now having the same problem.  I tried the exact same steps on the Second pc with no luck either.
