SSLVPN recommendation

I am looking for an SSL VPN solution and i was hoping someone could recommend one to me based on their experience and the following requirements list:

1. Be able to create dynamically create services on non-standard ports. (ex: create a portal link to an internal http service running on port 8888 or any other port of my choice).

2. Be able to create ACL's on the device that would control user access to specific ports and or IP's.

That are the main ones that i have been having trouble with. No worries about concurrent SSL sessions, or bandwith or multiple forms of authentication (LDAP, Kerbros, RADIUS, etc). From my experience, they are pretty much stanard. Pretend money isnt an issue.  :p
